The stupid Indian Forest Department.........

This is the voice of every nature lover, every forest lover and everyone who wishes to see the wild animal in the wild, rather than the zoo.

There are roughly 550 national parks and sanctuaries in our country, which occupies around 4.5% of all the land mass of India. So, that makes the Indian Forest Department the largest land owner in the country.......our forests are home to many rare species of animals, but it is to our disgrace that these animals are being hunted to the brink of extinction by our corrupt and money hungry Forest officials and Government....the main being the Bengal Tiger......

The official tiger counting states that there are roughly around 1400 tigers in the wild.....I beg to differ......the tiger counting is done by identifying the pug marks...each tiger has a different one..........so once I read somewhere that the forest officials are counting each tiger twice or thrice to increase their count........there are many case of small sanctuaries that have been wiped clean of its animals because the FD at those sanctuaries were corrupt.

We as a developing nation should understand the importance of forest and develop it properly and if the ppl who are at the helm of power cannot do that, I wish to tell them please take a look at 'The Dark Continent' i.e. Africa...I think they have understood the importance of this and developed their forests in a better way than ours.....

Whenever I am at a National Park or a sanctuary, I look at the forest guards patrolling the area whit just a lathi......how are they supposed to protect themselves and the animals against the poachers who are armed heavily.......

Let us consider the case of 'Machli-The Lady of the Lake' at Ranthambor, she alone raised a sum of USD 10 Million for the local Ranthambor economy, which is more that the total sum of money allotted to Project Tiger, of which the Indian Government is so proud off.......she lived for a period of 16 years and was one of the most photographed tigress of our country.

Another case is of Sita and Charger of Bandavgad and their son B2....I have personally seen photos of B2 and it is majestic animal. Again Sita lived for a period of 17 years and is also one of the most photographed tigresses of the country.......

There are many such cases and we as responsible citizens of this country must act or do something.

Protect the Tiger, because once the Tiger is gone so will the forest be........

Why are people reluctant to share their knowledge?????????

This is a question every fresher face in his professional experience. There are a very few examples, where the senior is willing to teach his junior everything, those are the lucky few……..

Everyone knows the saying ‘KNOWLEDGE INCREASES WITH SHARING’ and it is so true….nobody knows everything about everything and I would even say nobody even knows everything about the work they do, day in and day out…….so why miss a chance to discover something new while teaching someone else…. we come to know so many new things while sharing our knowledge with anyone, coz if they do not know what your telling them its not necessary that they do not know anything…they may know something about the same topic that we do not know……

At work places, people are scared to impart knowledge…….the basic fear is that the young blood is there to replace me or he will go ahead of me…but the person who is imparting that knowledge is forgetting that the young blood can not replace him coz he will never match his experience. Another reason is jealousy for the new person….in this case also the knowledgeable person is reluctant to impart the knowledge. In this whole process it’s the new person that suffers……..

Doesn’t it give joy to share something  with someone new…..that person will remember you always and will always say that  XYZ taught me this……..so share, it doesn’t get deleted from your brain, It doesn’t cost you anything, but I guarantee you this, that it will only increase your knowledge and command on that subject. In today’s world knowledge is everything….it creates good and better people………….

Still, why are people reluctant to share their knowledge?????????

Preserve the Invaluable Resource……………………

As soon as everyone read these words ‘Invaluable Resource’, only one thing registers to most minds……Liquid Gold…..Crude Oil…….but that is not what I think is the most Valuable resource……there is something else…..for me the most valuable resource on this planet is Water. Without this resource life as we know will cease to exist on this planet…..that is the only thing that makes Earth the most precious in all the nine planets.

It is the only thing that actually supports the life on this planet, without which we will be like an endless desert.….NASA scientists have plan to develop Mars as the second earth…..even their basic necessity is water over their and they also know it.

But, we over here are continuously trying to destroy all the fresh water resources throughout the world, not even trying to understand the consequences………the list of how water is being wasted, destroyed for usage and contaminated is endless.  We cannot produce water, like we can produce humans. The continuous increase in the human population is a major threat to the very existence of all life on Earth……..

Water is the future for us……for energy production, for continuously sustaining life on Earth and many other things, we as responsible persons should find innovative ways to conserve water.

In the far future all the wars will be fought over the control of the Most Invaluable Resource………..

Do we Need Positive or Negative Motivation…………

Life is full of hardships….we try to fight through it. Sometimes we win and sometimes we loose…..but there is a slump in everyone’s life when nothing is going right….and we start to loose all hope………

If this continues for a long period of time…….everyone who has made something of themselves tries to help us and tries to motivate us…….I know there are many motivational and self help books available in the market, but we are able to connect to the person we know more that the book….so we tend to listen to them more……

Now if the person is already down and trying to hold onto the last hopes he has and if someone starts with negative motivation with this person…well it is devastating. I am not saying that negative motivation does not work, but there is a time for that, but not when someone is already down…….you are not helping that person but pushing him down further…….

What this person needs is hope, we should show him the good in everything…..it happens that when we are down we tend to forget all the great things we have done…..it happens……positive motivation make a very good and strong mark….the effect is a long lasting and very productive…….

So, please think do we need positive or negative motivation……………………………….

V all are not the same………..

We all have been cheated or hurt by someone or the other in our life. We are living in a world full of lies……..were a kid(boy/girl) tells something to their parents, something else to their friends and something to their  girlfriends/boyfriends……we live in a world of lies……..

We all know it, but we try to hide from it and we want to believe that the person in front of us is telling the truth……..Deception is a part of our daily life and we have accepted it as one of the basic necessity of our lives….previously the basic necessity were Food, Cloths and a Home….the trends have changed now the basic necessity have become Facebook, Mobile and Deception.

Sometimes the cheating done leaves a mark forever and we are not able to trust anyone. We think everyone will always cheat and deceive us….well it’s not their fault……a bad memory can leaves a worst mark…we are not able to trust anyone……we start to think that everyone is there to hurt us…..

But it is not a fact…..some people are honest and truthful and really care for the person. They are the people who have been cheated and know how much it hurts if someone plays with your emotions…….they keep in mind not to hurt other people and not to take benefit of others.

We need to find these kind of people and keep them close. They are the really nice persons on this face of this earth…..without whom there will be no hope for a good future……..

Let us hope we can find such persons……coz we all are not the same.

What should I do When I grow up………………

This is the most difficult question you can ask any teenager…..most of them will give you a confused answer. It changes everyday with the mood or something that you read, heard, watched or saw. There are very rarely only a few who know what they want to do. There are even few who can excel at anything you put them to……If your any of the two, this is not for you…….ha ha ha…..joking…..

But most of the people are confused what they want to do further in their life……..and it is very difficult for them to figure it out. Many people will give you advice what you should do, but think closely before you jump into it…..coz it will be the thing they are doing or they wanted to do or one of their acquaintances relative has done and is doing pretty good…….they never concentrate on what you want to do. They will tell what do you know about the world and the hardships you have to face…believe me they are also not sure how to guide properly……..

The time difference in today’s time and the time 50 years back is so much these elder people can not understand…..they are not aware of the new courses, new things that you can develop your talent in and the many ideas that you have to do something better in your life……everyone today wants to be famous. Some people will tell you make your hobby your work and you will excel, well it is also a good idea, coz if you are doing something that you like you will excel at it for the only reason that you will never get bored from your work……but you must have such a passion for this hobby that you live this hobby everyday, in and out…….

There is another way, but it needs a little preparation. Go to a place where there is no one to disturb you. Clear your mind of all the thoughts and just relax and then close your eyes and then start going into flashback….when you were a kid. Everyone must have told their parents some absurd dream what they want to become when they grow up. Start remembering those things one by one; there will be many I can assure you. Now choose my dear friend…..
